Window Coverings Across the GTA

GiantTech Canada Inc. provides custom window coverings across the Greater Toronto Area, including roller, zebra, silhouette, cellular and Roman shades, drapery, upholstery and motorized smart shades. We offer a free in-home consultation and measuring visit anywhere in the GTA, or you can visit our showroom at 1234 Reid St, Unit 9, Richmond Hill. Our own installation team installs every order.

One team for the whole GTA

Wherever you live in the GTA, the process is the same: you book a time, we help you choose, we measure, and our installers fit the finished product. Below is a quick look at the areas we serve and the kinds of homes and questions we see in each.

Toronto

Toronto ranges from downtown condo towers to semi-detached homes and older houses with original windows. Condo owners often ask about blackout roller shades for bedrooms and solutions for wide window walls, while owners of older homes tend to look at drapery and Roman shades that suit traditional rooms.

North York

North York combines condo corridors with established neighbourhoods of detached homes. It is a good fit for zebra shades in condos and a mix of drapery and cellular shades in family houses.

Vaughan

Vaughan has many newer subdivisions as well as a growing number of condos. Homeowners moving into new builds often plan every room at once, and motorized shades are a common request for tall great-room windows.

Thornhill

Thornhill sits between Toronto, Vaughan and Markham and is close to our Richmond Hill showroom. Many Thornhill homeowners like to see fabrics in person before booking measuring at home.

Mississauga

Mississauga includes high-rise condos around its city centre and a large stock of detached and semi-detached family homes. We bring samples to you with a free in-home consultation, so there is no need to travel to compare options.

Oakville

Oakville's lakefront homes, larger houses and newer north Oakville subdivisions often mean big windows and bright light. Read more on our Oakville window coverings page.

Markham

Markham's new townhomes and larger detached homes make it a frequent place for whole-home planning and smart, motorized shades. See our Markham window coverings page.

Richmond Hill

Richmond Hill is our home city and where our showroom is located. From condos along Yonge St and Hwy 7 to family homes, see our Richmond Hill window coverings page.

Aurora

Aurora offers a mix of older family homes and newer neighbourhoods. Drapery, Roman shades and cellular shades are popular choices for homeowners who want warmth and comfort in living spaces and bedrooms.

Newmarket

Newmarket has established neighbourhoods and newer developments alike. Families here often look for practical, cordless options for bedrooms and easy-to-use shades for main living areas.

Popular window coverings across the GTA

• Roller shades: a clean, everyday choice for condos and modern homes.
• Zebra shades: adjustable bands for flexible light and privacy.
• Drapery: custom panels for living rooms, dining rooms and patio doors.
• Cellular shades: honeycomb shades for bedrooms and nurseries.
• Motorized and smart shades: control tall or hard-to-reach windows with a remote, app or schedule.
